Monday WRites 126

[Anthurium Lily from google dot com. I added a frame]

ANTHURIUM BOUQUET (for Granny)
I'll use my words, arrange them, into a bouquet
Of Anthurium Lilies, because you loved them.
Festival? no, alas! you cannot wear them as lei.
Its time for sobs, tears, and letting go, its time.
Memories too, i'll arrange them, into a bouquet.
Such fragrance, so beautiful, will now linger on
And smiles we shared at our last meet will stay,
Even when clouds burst watering your memory.
Your smile will meet mine, even if cloudy the day.
In your peaceful rest, His perpetual light to shine,
As i use my words, arrange them, into a bouquet.

My friend's mother died yesterday and i'm really sad for her. They were so close - Mother And Daughter. She shared her mother with all her friends and we all called her, lovingly, Granny
